Eclectic white blend sourced from some of the most cherished vineyards on the Central Coast. 66% of the our Murmur Chardonnay in this blend was barrel fermented and stirred to improve the texture and richness of the completed blend. The remaining varietal components were all fermented at low temperature in stainless steel. Aromatically, the 2016 vintage is driven by white peach, lemon grass, and white flower. On the palate intense flavors of mango, melon and citrus drive the front end into a lush mouthfeel that transition into a stone fruit and candy-esquefinish.
