  We get a lot of emails every day asking the same questions. 80% of them can be answered by reading these few lines:

  Can You Ship Out of the Country? Yes, we can forward on your behalf to myus.com for out of country shipments.

  How much is it to ship XXX to YYYY? We charge whatever the transportation provider is charging us. There is a shipping calculator on our checkout page in the lower left corner that will give you this total before you check out.

  Has my order shipped? Your order confirmation email will have a link that allows you to track your order. As soon as your order ships we will send out a tracking number so you know when it will arrive.

  Do I need to be home for the package? Yes, someone over 21 must be home to sign for the package. You can choose to have the package left at a local FedEx location. You can also schedule the package for a certain time when you will be home.
