"From the shores of Yahara Bay to the shores of Lake Superior, we search the State to find grains, fruits and herbs cultivated by lcoal growers to make our premium spirits. All of our products are hand-crafted in small batches creating a world-class taste with local roots.
Proprietor and Chief Distiller, Nick Quint, is a man dedicated to his passion- that of crafting fine spirits from the best products Wisconsin has to offer. Coming out of retirement to pursue this vision, Nick studied the art of the still (which by the way came from Germany and was assembled piece by piece with his and his two stepsons' own hands). Nick invited his stepson Lars Forde to join his adventure and together they are distilling Yahara Bay's amazing spirits."
